Delivery

Delivery is carried out EXCLUSIVELY within the territory of the Republic of Serbia, door to door for all orders, in cooperation with the courier service City Express. Delivery is free for orders with a total value of over 3,500 RSD. If the order value is below 3,500 RSD, the delivery fee is 400 RSD.

All orders placed on working days before 11:00 AM are delivered within 24–48 hours, between 08:00 and 17:00. For orders placed on working days after 11:00 AM, the delivery time may be extended by an additional 24 hours. Orders placed on Fridays after 11:00 AM or during the weekend will have their delivery time additionally extended by the number of weekend days.

Due to high workload at the courier service, delivery times may be extended by several business days. Thank you for your understanding!

Delivery times may be further extended and represent an exception for certain delivery locations, i.e., specific postal codes where delivery is not performed every business day. Locations that fall into this category are defined and can be checked by clicking the link here.

Order pickup and delivery can also be carried out at so-called Parcel locations. These are facilities (gas stations, kiosks, etc.) located near the customer’s address. This additional delivery option at Parcel locations is primarily intended for customers who are not at home during the day and/or who wish to pick up their package at a convenient time.
